Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://cherokeecleaningservicesllc.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Service Description. This Site describes House Cleaning Service, Office Cleaning Service, Move Out Cleaning, Move In Cleaning, Residential Cleaning Service, Commercial Cleaning Service, Deep House Cleaning, Janitorial Cleaning Service provided by Cherokee Cleaning Services. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Ownership. Cherokee Cleaning Services (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

As-Is Basis. https://cherokeecleaningservicesllc.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Cherokee Cleaning Services makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Cherokee Cleaning Services arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Cherokee Cleaning Services from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of AR, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in AR.

Updates. Cherokee Cleaning Services reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
